Easter

We decided that our kids were too worried about what the easter bunny would bring them, so we changed things up.
We wanted them to know the real meaning of Easter and so we didn't do the easter bunny this year and just bought them each one thing each and a bowl full of chocolate for all of us. We didn't tell them that there is no easter bunny, but we told them that we told the easter bunny not to come here this year. And then we talked to them about the real meaning of Easter. Even Bubba understood the story and the girls pretty much knew the story from church. I think we did the right thing.....I know we did the right thing!!!
